We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager in our Weston, Florida office.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Management of internal/external spending budgets
Pricing implementation (national initiatives)
Analysis and execution of local pricing decisions
Finance/pricing decisions impacting volume/points goals
Investment tracking providing full picture profitability measures making recommendations to maximize profit in the short and long term
Build, update and manage budgets (volume, trade discounts, A&P, Local Marketing Funds, over heads)
Implement Napa guidance on New Products and Price changes by creating and negotiating pricing grids with distributors.
Manage pricing requests within budget by identifying low/medium/high ROI activities and make recommendation to optimize the allocation of resources in order to deliver budget volume and points within budgeted spend per case and A&P dollars.
Manage Accounts Receivable (State of Accounts) for Florida and South Carolina. Work with sales teams and distributors to ensure aging is within acceptable threshold levels.
Support VP Latin America and Sales Director FL/SC with monthly volume forecasting process, including evaluation of Risks & Opportunities
Review and clear pricing exceptions by working with sales and distributors.
Support local teams with financial analysis and recommendations to support delivery of volume/points goals within spending budget.
Ensure a strong internal control environment by: enforcing segregation of duties, application of Company delegation of authority policy, robust internal reporting and reconciliations to planned activities and costs.
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or other relatable field. MBA highly desirable.
7+ years of finance experience highly preferred.
Adult beverage industry experience required.
