SENIOR BRAND BUSINESS MANAGER EMEA
The Role
We are looking for a creative, passionate and experienced marketer to be the EMEA representative and champion for one of our most important and leading global wine brands. You will act as the local lead for the development of the brand business plan across the EMEA region, liaising with and engaging senior regional stakeholders on all key initiatives. As the regional lead for the brand you will communicate all global brand developments and gain important insights and feedback from the EMEA Regional Business Unit.
Key responsibilities include:
• Responsible for achievement of the EMEA P&L
• Accountable and responsible for the development pan-EMEA Strategic 5 year Plan
• Development of fully integrated brand plans for the current fiscal year
• Responsible for brand portfolio management across the entire EMEA region
• Lead the review of pricing strategy versus global pricing principles within the region
• Responsible for ensuring that the Regional Business Unit is fully informed, engaged and motivated to build the brand in line with the global brand vision, strategy and guidelines
• Deliver against the customer and channel priorities in the EMEA region
• Monitor brand performance and develop clear action plans with cross functional engagement to address gaps
• Evolve toolkits to meet needs of the region within the global guidelines
• Ensure that the global plan activities are adapted and executed in the EMEA markets and are implemented in line with the global brand guidelines
• Review brand health, current and proposed in market activities, stock supply and NPD
• Develop of EMEA advertising, media and communication plans
• Evaluate promotion and advertising spend
• Provide insights around EMEA performance and represent brand in the Integrated Business Planning Portfolio Review
• Responsible for the successful management of all Stakeholders within both the Global and Regional teams
The Successful Applicant
Considerable and extensive Brand Marketing experience within FMCG
Sales and/or Trade Marketing experience in EMEA and the UK
Pan European experience essential
Alcohol/beverages marketing experience (wine preferred)
Previously worked within a matrix cultural environment
Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills essential - Strong collaboration and influencing skills especially with sales, marketing and distributors' management teams
Understand P&L drivers and management
Autonomous self-starter
Strong project management skills and portfolio management experience
Understanding and application of consumer drivers
Results oriented
Business acumen
Qualified to degree level or higher
