This positon will have full ownership and accountability for working with stakeholders from cross-functional teams to develop and deliver complex strategic initiatives and projects. It will support development of enterprise analytics solution across diverse applications. Also, identify opportunities to leverage innovative technologies and best practices. And it will support multiple software applications utilized by teams in their day-to-day duties.



  • Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiations
  • Lead strategic and complex projects from initiation to completion
  • Research and analyse best-in-class technology as an ongoing project to benchmark our suite of tools and systems against industry and non-industry leaders
  • Plan and scope inter-related initiatives and help senior-level stakeholders make informed decisions about which initiatives to tackle and how to tackle them
  • Maintain a deep awareness of how the business operation works and help the stakeholders explore technology possibilities to more effectively execute their roles
  • Transfer of knowledge related to support of applications to BAU team




  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
  • 4+ years’ experience in project management and/or business analysis
  • Experience in wine, agricultural, food and beverage or related industry
  • Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools, JD Edwards (or other similar ERP systems), and reporting solutions
  • Familiarity with Informance, Ignition, DSI, vinoEZ and AgCode a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and compile business requirements, develop functional and non-functional specifications and develop user acceptance testing procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to manage special projects and business issues effectively and efficiently
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to facilitate team meetings
  • Knowledge of process modelling and project management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of database, network and other technologies
  • Knowledge of project management and/or business analysis methodologies
