As a Regional Sales Planner, Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) can offer you the opportunity to join the Demand Planning team where you will be responsible for providing business intelligence to support Regional VP’s, Directors, and State Managers.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Demand Planning, this role is responsible for supporting the Americas Sales team in the form of collaborative business intelligence by providing a compilation of budgets, forecasts, opportunities, and risks on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis.
You will also be responsible for delivering monthly reports to the Sales Leadership team, collaborating with regional teams to build quarterly performance decks, improving depletion forecasts accuracy through MAPE analysis, and collaborating with teams to understand drivers of sales performance and relevant opportunities and risks.
This role works closely with Americas Sales, Finance, Supply, and Marketing teams.
You are a motivated self-starter with a strong analytical background, excellent technical abilities, and advanced proficiency in Excel. You are ambitious with excellent work ethic and high level of attention to detail. You also have excellent time management skills, and a strong ability to handle ad hoc analysis where you will need to prioritize between competing tasks and interests.
You have over 3 years of experience in a Sales Planning, Demand Planning, or similar role, and you have previous experience providing support to a Sales team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Wine industry experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Previous experience in data driven analytical function
- Excellent attention to detail with strong focus on data integrity
- Problem solving capabilities
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional work ethic
- Strong People skills, confident and comfortable explaining numbers to the Sales organization.
- Excellent communicator with strong verbal skills and willingness to reach out to people.
