Located in our Bilyara Packaging Centre which is based in Nuriootpa in the Barossa Valley, an exceptional opportunity now exists for an experienced IT Service Team Leader to join our Global IT division. Reporting to the IT Services Manager, this exciting leadership role will see you provide IT service and support to all TWE employees within the SA and VIC region, whilst managing a team of Senior IT Support Analysts ensuring a timely responses to all end user requests.
You will be fluid in the world of IT services, with a strong focus on providing exceptional end-user customer experience. This role will see you act as the escalation point for all IT service issues in the region. Leading and developing a regional team who provide a quick turnaround in all IT service requests, whilst continuously improving and building IT knowledge throughout the business.
Further key involvements include:
- Service and Critical Incident Management – Lead resolutions of regional service related issues, working with other regional teams to ensure 24x7global coverage is provided and timely managed at all times. Including on-call/after hours/weekend work as required.
- Service Analyst - Support enterprise solutions for supporting Windows 7/Windows 10/Windows XX operating systems and other user application platforms.
- Support for desktop, laptop hardware, printing, networking, telephony, mobile, server connectivity, operating systems, related utilities and associated business and IT applications
- Policy and Procedures - Work with the Global and divisional teams on projects that provide innovation and continuous improvement.
This role will best suit an experienced technical IT Professional who has exposure leading an IT service help desk team and can demonstrate capabilities in understanding and building solutions across complex IT incidents throughout multi-layered corporate divisions and locations.
