An excellent opportunity has become available to join our Sales team as the Head of On Premise Sales based in Southbank. You will be responsible for the communication and execution of TWE's On Premise sales strategy throughout Australia and contribute to TWE's overarching strategy to deliver profitable and continued sales growth on or above targets across our wine portfolio. 

This is a customer facing role and will require monthly travel to develop, negotiate and execute strategic business plans with key customers and the key account sales community nationally.

With 1 direct report, you will be responsible for;

  • Working with the Director – Key Accounts & Field Sales to develop and communicate the national On-Premise strategy

  • Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and key account representatives to identify new business opportunities

  • Driving the achievement of key commercial objectives

  • Monitor the implementation and measurement of all objectives, and ensure feedback and review processes are in place to maximise learnings

  • Shared P&L accountability with the Fields Sales & Key Account Leadership Team

You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role within the On Premise channel. Your strong strategic planning skills will be critical in order to develop initiatives to achieve targeted results. Your strong communication skills will enable you to respectfully challenge various stakeholders and influence outcomes. In addition to this, you will have strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing high performing teams.
